How do I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges Policy:

All of our orders are double-checked for accuracy prior to shipping, but we’re human, and mistakes can happen! If you receive an order that has been damaged, or we’ve made an error in what we’ve sent to you, please contact us via email at Sales @ within 5 days of receipt of the package. Let us know the problem; we will respond as quickly as possible (no later than 2 business days) to let you know how we will fix the problem (i.e. replace the item, or credit you for it, at no expense to you). Please note: we may ask that the item in question be sent back to us, in which case we will reimburse you for return shipping. If items are to be shipped back to us, we will give you instructions for returning the item, and assign a Return Authorization Number for you to enclose with the product.

If you’d like to return an UNUSED item for a reason other than damage or error (i.e. you no longer want, cannot use, don’t like color, etc), please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package. Let us know the reason for your return; we will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item to us. You will be responsible for shipping charges each way. We will credit you for the merchandise, providing it is returned in unused, resalable condition and we receive it within 10 days of our response to your return request. In some cases a restocking fee may apply; we will let you know if one applies when you contact us for the Return Authorization Number. (Credit will be given to you in the same manner as original payment – i.e. check, Paypal payment, etc.)

We cannot accept returns or give credit for the following:

   * item is received by us more than 10 days after our response to your return request
   * item has been used
   * item was custom-made for you (unless it is defective)
   * item was on clearance.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if items are shipped back to us without a Return Authorization Number. We thank you in advance for your adherence to these policies; if you have any questions about them, please feel free to contact us!
