Classic Deep Plum Sealing Wax (with Wick) - an elegant way to personalize Hand-crafted Cards, Letters, Invitations, parchments and scrolls, Gift Wrap and Tags, Gift Bottles, and much more. This is a very deep plum color (very close to Burgandy) with a slightly glossy finish.

This oversized wax stick is approximately 4 1/2 inches long, 5/8" wide, and 3/8" thick, and we estimate that you can make 20 to 25 - average (3/4" diameter) size impressions, depending on the size of the Seal Stamp used, and how much wax is desired. This wax is sold by the single stick - after you add it to your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of sticks you want.

This is the old-fashioned kind of sealing wax - it will probably crack or break if mailed. But if you are working on a project where you want a seal to be broken so that your recipient can open the paper (i.e. scroll/parchment/envelope) this will work beautifully for you!

This wax is made in India from resin harvested from four different trees found in the jungles of India. These trees are cultivated and tapped for their resin, similar to the process of tapping trees for maple syrup!
