Custom Wax Seal Stamp with beautiful Wood Handle, made from your Artwork! Please carefully read all information below before ordering this item:

You will need to supply us with clean, camera-ready artwork, and your brass Seal will be shipped to you in about one week.

Once you've ordered this item, please email your artwork to us: Sales (at) Seasons-Creations (dot) com. We prefer art in vector format, but may be able to work with other types of artwork you can send (i.e. jpg, pdf). (Note: Vector programs include CorelDRAW, Macromedia Flash and Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, Serif DrawPlus, and Xara X .)

When you email us your artwork, please put your order number in the email Subject Line so we can easily match your artwork to the appropriate order! We will email you a PDF file for approval before your seal stamp is created; you just need to approve it and send it back to us. Once we receive your approval, your custom seal stamp will be manufactured and shipped to you within 2 weeks (depending on the schedule of the engraver).

Price shown above is for a standard 3/4" round diameter Custom Seal; prices increase with the size of the seal stamp. We offer up to a 3" round, oval or square seal (drop-down box that offers the various size/shape options will show an additional charge for the larger sizes and square or oval shapes). We *highly* recommend ordering a larger size seal if your design is complex; it is difficult to create a custom 3/4" seal with an intricate design. We will contact you after receiving your artwork if there will be a problem using it with the size / shape you've selected on your order.

We're sorry, but overnight shipping is not available for this item. These seals are shipped directly from our engraver (who is located outside the U.S.), so a separate s/h charge is included in your shipping total on the Checkout Page. Please allow at least 14 days for production and delivery of this item. (Actual production time will be affected by how long it takes you to approve the proof from the engraver, as well as how busy their schedule is. We encourage you to place your order in plenty of time, to allow for approval and any delays that might arise.)

Product Note - we generally order these seal stamps to be made from brass (like the one shown in the picture). However, a few of the sizes can only be made out of aluminum (i.e. 7/8" round size). If the seal stamp must be made out of aluminum, we will automatically order it with a matching aluminum handle instead of wood. If this will be a problem for you, let us know and we'll see if we can have a wood handle for your seal instead. Both the brass and aluminum seal stamps make beautiful wax seals!
