3 ounces of Copper (Pearl) Sealing Wax Hexagons (Beads) to make beautiful Wax Seals!
3 ounces of Wax Beads is the equivalent of 4 - 5 wax sticks. Many people find that melting Wax Beads is easier than using sticks - just place some beads in a Wax Melting Spoon, hold over a source of heat, slowly melt the wax and then pour an appropriate amount of wax onto your Envelope, Parchment, or project and impress your seal into it.
If you will be making a large number of seals, you can pour this into a Melting Pot, and use a Wax Melting Spoon to dip the melted wax from the pot, and pour it onto your project and impress your seal stamp.
Just place 3 or 4 wax hexagons in a wax melting spoon and melt over a heat source. 3-4 hexagons work well when using a 3/4" round or square seal stamp; try 5-6 hexagons when using a 1" round or square seal stamp. This wax is slightly flexible, and it will probably survive the postal system without the cracking or breaking usually found with traditional sealing wax! Each packet will make approximately 50-60 average-size Wax Seals, depending on your technique and the size of your Seal Stamp.
